Summary: The place was under reconstruction so I might give them some slack but this is a really old building. I was trying to save my organization a few bucks, but the value for cost savings was not really there. For a few dollars more, I could have stayed at a decent hotel. This was old and in rough shape. No elevators, felt cramped, Old carpets... Did I mention that it was old? They should have been charging half what they were charging.

Summary: Staff was delightful and helpful and kind and informative. Room was lovely, carpet in hallways is a little dingy, but you know that. Construction going on second floor was no problem. I am glad you are investing in the future of this nice hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Halifax.
